Chapai International (চাঁপাই ইন্টারন্যাশনাল) provides Gulf Visa, Saudi Work Visa, Free Visa, Job Arrangement, Huroob Removal, Final Exit, CV Supply & Ticketing services. এই শর্তাবলী ব্যাখ্যা করে যে আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার করার সময় কোন নিয়ম ও দায়িত্ব পালন করতে হবে। By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2️⃣ Service Terms / সেবা শর্তাবলী

• All visa processing is done through authorized government channels / সমস্ত ভিসা প্রক্রিয়া সরকারি অনুমোদিত চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে করা হয়।
• Free Visa services are subject to availability and approval / ফ্রি ভিসা সেবা উপলব্ধতা এবং অনুমোদনের উপর নির্ভরশীল।
• Job arrangement & CV supply are based on employer selection / জব ও কর্মী সরবরাহের ক্ষেত্রে কোম্পানি সিলেকশন প্রাধান্য পাবে।
• Huroob removal, Final Exit and Exit Re-entry services follow Saudi labor law / হুরুব, ফাইনাল এক্সিট এবং এক্সিট রি-এন্ট্রি সার্ভিস সৌদি শ্রম আইন অনুযায়ী।
• Tickets & Travel Arrangement follow airline policies / টিকেট এবং ট্রাভেল এ্যারেঞ্জমেন্ট এয়ারলাইন পলিসি অনুযায়ী।

3️⃣ Payment & Refund / অর্থপ্রদান ও ফেরত

• All payments must be made before service initiation / সেবা শুরু করার আগে সকল অর্থপ্রদান আবশ্যক।
• Refunds are subject to Visa Approval & Service Type / ফেরত ভিসা অনুমোদন ও সেবা অনুযায়ী দেওয়া হয়।
• No refund for rejected cases due to client misinformation / ক্লায়েন্টের ভুল তথ্যের কারণে বাতিল ক্ষেত্রে ফেরত নেই।

4️⃣ Liability & Disclaimer / দায়িত্ব ও দায়-মুক্তি

• Chapai International is not responsible for visa rejection, employer decisions or government delays / ভিসা বাতিল, কোম্পানি সিদ্ধান্ত বা সরকারি দেরির জন্য চাঁপাই ইন্টারন্যাশনাল দায়ী নয়।
• Clients must provide accurate information / ক্লায়েন্টরা সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করবেন।
• We are not liable for unforeseen events beyond our control / আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে ঘটে যাওয়া ঘটনায় আমরা দায়ী নই।
